Bang Pakora

           Bhang pakora
 recipe is the highly preferred holi recipe for the year. The reason is simple, it is different, spicy and filling. Take a look to know how to go about with the making
of fried snacks.
Bhang pakoras taste is really good.






Incrediants Needed
1.2 cups gram flour (besan),
2.1 potato,
3.½ cup cauliflower,
4.1 onion,
5.½ cup spinach,
6.1 brinjal Brinjal,
7.½ tsp bhang seed powder,
8.½ tsp chilli powder,
9.Pinch of baking soda,
10.Pinch of carom seeds,
11.5 gms mango powder (aamchur),
12.Salt to taste,
13.Oil for deep-frying.
                                                                                                                               
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, add the sieved besan, baking soda, salt and chilli powder. Prepare a thick batter.
  2. Wash, peel and make slices of the vegetables
  3. Add the bhang seed powder, ajwain, mango powder and salt. Mix the vegetables well.
  4. Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry till Golden Brown Tasty bhang pakoras are ready.
Serve the pakora hot with sauce or chutney.
You can also add a few slices of capsicum, okra to the bhang pakora recipe.
