Incrediants Needed
1.2 cups gram flour (besan),
2.1 potato,
3.½ cup cauliflower,
4.1 onion,
5.½ cup spinach,
6.1 brinjal Brinjal,
7.½ tsp bhang seed powder,
8.½ tsp chilli powder,
9.Pinch of baking soda,
10.Pinch of carom seeds,
11.5 gms mango powder (aamchur),
12.Salt to taste,
13.Oil for deep-frying.

Preparation
- In a bowl, add the sieved besan, baking soda, salt and chilli powder. Prepare a thick batter.
- Wash, peel and make slices of the vegetables
- Add the bhang seed powder, ajwain, mango powder and salt. Mix the vegetables well.
- Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry till Golden Brown Tasty bhang pakoras are ready.
Serve the pakora hot with sauce or chutney.
You can also add a few slices of capsicum, okra to the bhang pakora recipe.
