Apan Vayu Mudra-Heart attack,Head ache gas trouble,BP etc. .


     
Apan Vayu Mudra is a combination of two mudras, Apan mudra and Vayu mudra. As they are practiced together, their combined effect cures the disease at once. Apan Vayu Mudra is beneficial to the heart. This mudra is also identified as Hridaymudra or Mrit Sanjeevani mudra.
      Apan Vayu Mudra is depicted to be the lifesaver and is the first aid for heart attacks. This Mudra serves to be of immediate effect in an emergency.
       This mudra is practiced by touching the base of the thumb by the index finger and tip of thumb touches the tip of the middle finger and the ring finger. The little finger remains straight, at ease. This can be done with each hand.
      . In a severe heart attack, if administered as a first aid measure within the first two seconds, this mudra proves to be instant reliever.

Mudra for sound sleep.


Shakti Mudra is performed to cure insomnia and get rid of the problems with sleeping. In this Mudra, the ring fingers and the little fingers of both hands are placed together. While practicing this Mudra, proper focus and concentration should be given to the breathing process in the pelvic area and the exhalation should be lagged. Shakti mudra is done three times a day for 12-15 minutes. If the problem is acute, then the practitioner can go on exercising it as needed or until the desired outcome is achieved. The Shakti Mudra escalates the respiratory impulse in the lower chest area. The breathing is increasingly perceived in the pelvic area. This Mudra provides a soothing and calming effect so that it assists to sound sleep. But the practitioner should be cautious while performing Shakti Mudra as it has a side effect. Mudra for allergy.


Bhramara Mudra – for preventing and relieving allergies

Bhramara means male bee. Bhramara is a Sanskrit word and Bhramara Mudra has its root in traditional Indian dance form. Place your index finger at the root of the thumb, and the tip of your thumb on the side of your middle fingernail. Extend the other two fingers. Do it with both hands.

Bhramara mudra is beneficial and a boon to people suffering from respiratory allergies. People suffering from mucous congestion in the lungs and frontal sinus must do this mudra for a minimum of 10 minutes 4-5 times in a day. It can be practiced while walking or sitting.

Consuming products like local honey is beneficial in allergies. Allergies are caused by bad intestinal flora. It is necessary that you relieve yourself from constipation. Take fluids rich in Vitamin C. Take enough rest, meditate and start a fitness program.

Cure snoring Problem simply.

Snoring means less oxygen to the throat and head area. 
This can be increased by doing Adi Mudra and followed by space mudra.
Explanations:That is how to do.
The thumb should touch the bottom of the little finger and closed by other fingers. Do it on both hands for 15 to 30 minutes a day. You can do it while walking or lying down or while watching TV.

 Increasing the space element is important too. The space in the tongue area is less. Thumb touching the middle finger can help.  Do this space Mudra after Adi Mudra. Instructions are the same.

 While doing the Mudras, on Inhalation, chant PAHANG and on exhalation, chant HIPPIENG, within the mind. These two words increase the space in the neck area.
One has to check for Cervical Spondylosis. There may be a problem in the cervical area of the spine, for which doing Yogasanas can help. Please check with your local yoga expert.

Tender coconut water - Health benefits:


The water of fresh tender coconut (king coconut or 'Thembili' and 'Weware') which is the
liquid endosperm is the most nutritious wholesome beverage that the nature has provided for
the people of the tropics to fight the sultry heat. It has a caloric value of 17.4 per 100 gm.
According to Ayurveda "It is unctuous, sweet, increasing semen, promoting digestion and
clearing the urinary path."




Medicinal properties of Tender Coconut Water (T.C.W.)
Some of the medicinal properties of T.C.W. reported are:
1. Good for feeding infants suffering from intestinal disturbances.
2. Oral rehydration medium.
3. Contains organic compounds containing growth promoting properties.
4. Keeps the body cool.
5. Application on the body prevents prickly heat and summer boils and subsides the rashes
